Empowerment
Understanding where your skills are as a climber is crucial to understanding how to reach your goals. By assessing one's weaknesses and strengths, as well as their current climbing routines, we can identify the exact measures necessary to reach specific climbing goals.
As a short climber, I have a unique perspective on how body type influences movement on the wall. I teach people to shift away from seeing body type as a weakness, and instead figure out how to use it to your advantage.
One of my favorite aspects of climbing is its ability to empower people. No matter what level someone is climbing at, climbing is about breaking personal barriers. I give climbers the resources to feel comfortable and confident on the wall.
